Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake

This gluten-free chocolate cake is ideal for celiacs. This recipe uses special flour so they can enjoy it too.

  • 100 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 margarines
  • 100 cocoa powder, Nesquik
  • 1 envelope yeast
  • salt
  • 200 grams flour , Baker
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • powdered sugar, to finish

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • In a mixer, combine the sugar, eggs, and Nesquik. Beat well.
  • Add the cubed margarine, baking powder, yogurt, flour, and salt.
  • Once everything is well incorporated and the dough is well worked, place it in a previously greased mold.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the bread springs back when lightly pressed.
  • Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
