Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake

This gluten-free chocolate cake is ideal for celiacs. This recipe uses special flour so they can enjoy it too.

100 grams sugar
3 eggs
100 margarines
100 cocoa powder, Nesquik
1 envelope yeast
salt
200 grams flour , Baker
1 plain yogurt
powdered sugar, to finish

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a mixer, combine the sugar, eggs, and Nesquik. Beat well.
Add the cubed margarine, baking powder, yogurt, flour, and salt.
Once everything is well incorporated and the dough is well worked, place it in a previously greased mold.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the bread springs back when lightly pressed.
Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
