220 grams unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder, use heaping teaspoons
1 lime juice
1 lime zest
raisins, and chopped walnuts

Cream the butter well in a bowl before adding the sugar. Make sure to create a smooth mixture.
Add the eggs and mix. Then add the flour and mix again. Repeat by adding the butter and then the flour.
Finally, coat the walnuts and raisins with flour and add them to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a bundt pan (previously greased with butter to prevent sticking).
Bake at 200ºC for 45 minutes.
