180 grams flour
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the eggs (whole) with the sugar for 15 minutes until the mixture is aerated.
Gradually incorporate the flour by spoonfuls without letting it sink, gently folding and stirring with a spatula.
Add the vanilla essence.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes and after turning it off, keep it semi-open to reach room temperature for 10 minutes.
