1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsalted butter , softened
1/2 cups lemon juice
4 eggs
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 1/2 cups sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the flour (2 cups) and powdered sugar.
Add the butter and mix well.
Place the batter in a mold.
Bake for 20 minutes approx.
Beat the eggs with the flour (1/4 cup), sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat well to infuse the flavor of the lemon zest.
Pour the mixture over the already cooled batter.
Bake for another 20 minutes approx.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
