1/2 tablespoons baking powder
160 grams margarine
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 cups lemon juice

Preparation

Sift the flour with the baking powder.
Beat the butter with the powdered sugar until the consistency is creamy.
Add the eggs, continue beating.
Gradually add the zest.
Fold in the flour and lemon juice.
Flour the mold and pour in the mixture.
Bake at 170ºC for 25 minutes.
