3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups whole-wheat flour
1/4 cups flaxseed
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup banana, ripe mashed bananas
1/2 cups walnuts
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cups low-fat plain yoghurt
1/4 cups vegetable oil
spray oil, pam brand
1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Mix the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, flaxseed, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir and make a well in the center of the mixture.
In another bowl, place the mashed banana, sugar, walnuts, yogurt, and oil. Stir.
Add the banana mixture to the center of the flour and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a long rectangular loaf pan previously greased with cooking spray.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes and remove from the mold.
