130 grams flour
1 lemon
200 grams sugar
5 eggs
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 glasses sunflower oil

Grate the lemon peel.
Beat the eggs, gradually adding the sugar and continue beating until the sugar dissolves.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and lemon zest.
Pour in the oil, beating to achieve a homogeneous batter.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Place 4 muffin molds on a baking tray, pour the batter until it covers 3/4 of the molds, and bake.
