6 eggs, Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites
300 milliliters cow's milk
500 grams wheat flour
25 grams baking powder
3 grams salt
100 grams semisweet chocolate
1 orange, (zest)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Beat at medium speed in a mixer with the paddle, the butter together with the sugar.
Add the egg yolks gradually until the mixture becomes fluffy.
Once the mixture is fluffy, add the egg whites, milk, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Continue beating for 5 more minutes.
Separate the mixture into 2 parts. To one part, add the vanilla and orange zest and mix to incorporate. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the other part of the recipe.
Prepare the greased mold or lined with parchment paper.
Then pour into the mold, alternating the two flavors and mixing a little with a toothpick.
Bake constantly at 190°C for 30 minutes to cook the cake.
