Orange Bread

  • 1 1/2 cups flour , for the orange bread
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar, for the orange bread
  • 1 cup N/A Yogurt griego endulzado Danone®, for the orange bread
  • 4 eggs , for the orange bread
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter , for the orange bread, at room temperature
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt , for the orange bread
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the orange bread
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder , for the orange bread
  • 1 orange, the zest, for the orange bread
  • N/A Yogurt griego endulzado Danone®, for decoration

  • In a mixing bowl, add the flour, powdered sugar, Danone® Sweetened Greek Yogurt, eggs, butter, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and orange zest. Mix for 10 minutes or until you have a homogeneous and well-integrated consistency.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a loaf pan until filling ¾ of its capacity. Bake at 180 °C for 50 minutes. Let cool and unmold.
  • Add a bit of Danone® Sweetened Greek Yogurt on top of the orange bread and decorate with orange slices.
