Orange Nut Bread

  • 350 grams sugar
  • 30 grams zest, of orange
  • 700 grams flour
  • 60 grams milk powder
  • 30 grams baking powder
  • 10 grams baking soda
  • 10 grams salt
  • 350 grams nut , chopped
  • 140 grams egg
  • 175 grams orange juice
  • 450 grams water
  • 70 grams oil

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Whisk the egg and sugar until ribbon stage, until well mixed and not as yellow as it is at the beginning.
  • Mix the dry ingredients, which are powdered milk, baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, and then add water, orange zest, and orange juice.
  • Incorporate oil in a thin stream. (that is, slowly)
  • Mix thoroughly and incorporate chopped nuts until the mixture is completely combined.
  • Pour into a mold filled ¾ full.
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC.
