Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Whisk the egg and sugar until ribbon stage, until well mixed and not as yellow as it is at the beginning.
Mix the dry ingredients, which are powdered milk, baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, and then add water, orange zest, and orange juice.
Incorporate oil in a thin stream. (that is, slowly)
Mix thoroughly and incorporate chopped nuts until the mixture is completely combined.
Pour into a mold filled ¾ full.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC.
