Quarter Cake

Delicious cake decorated with sprinkles and chocolate. It turns out very fluffy.

  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 90 grams Gloria® unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • chocolate bars, to taste

  • In a bowl, beat the butter until fluffy, add the 4 beaten egg yolks and beat again, then add flour and milk, incorporate the zest of 1 orange (optional) and fold in 4 egg whites whipped to stiff peaks. (You can add previously floured chopped nuts).
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 240 to 250 degrees. Grease and flour the mold beforehand.
