4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cups unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 cup cow's milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C. The butter and milk should be at room temperature.
Sift all the dry ingredients such as: flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Incorporate the butter and the eggs (previously beaten).
Add the liquid ingredients (milk and vanilla). Mix everything very well and pour into the individual molds.
Sprinkle cinnamon in each mold. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
