Snowy individual cakes

  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. The butter and milk should be at room temperature.
  • Sift all the dry ingredients such as: flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Incorporate the butter and the eggs (previously beaten).
  • Add the liquid ingredients (milk and vanilla). Mix everything very well and pour into the individual molds.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon in each mold. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
