1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
3 tablespoons milk powder
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
250 grams flour
150 grams Gloria® unsalted butter
150 grams sugar
2 eggs
150 grams sweet potato, cooked and mashed

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and flour the pan.
Mix the baking powder, cinnamon, powdered milk, nutmeg, and flour. Set aside
Cream the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one by one until well incorporated. Add the sweet potato and continue mixing.
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and place in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until fully cooked.
