Sweet Potato Loaf

This recipe is delicious and easy to make, using sweet potato as the main ingredient. It's ideal for autumn, as sweet potatoes are more readily available.

  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 3 tablespoons milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 250 grams flour
  • 150 grams Gloria® unsalted butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams sweet potato, cooked and mashed

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and flour the pan.
  • Mix the baking powder, cinnamon, powdered milk, nutmeg, and flour. Set aside
  • Cream the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one by one until well incorporated. Add the sweet potato and continue mixing.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and place in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until fully cooked.
