125 grams butter, melted
500 milliliters cow's milk, warm

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until ribbon stage, add the vanilla and melted butter in a thin stream, followed by the milk and sifted flour.
Gently fold and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. After this time, lower the temperature to 170°C and continue baking until the top layer is golden.
Check the baking with a toothpick. Allow to cool and serve.
