Magic Butter Cake in 3 Layers

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 125 grams butter, melted
  • 500 milliliters cow's milk, warm
  • 115 grams flour

  • Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until ribbon stage, add the vanilla and melted butter in a thin stream, followed by the milk and sifted flour.
  • Gently fold and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. After this time, lower the temperature to 170°C and continue baking until the top layer is golden.
  • Check the baking with a toothpick. Allow to cool and serve.
