Whole Grain Cake

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour , previously sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar

  • In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix them slowly with a mixer. Combine the two mixtures perfectly in a folding motion.
  • Pour into your desired containers, whether individual or in a cake pan. Preheat the oven to 150°c and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
