  • Preheat the oven to 180º C. Grease a mold and dust it with flour.
  • Sift the flour with the baking powder.
  • Mix all the ingredients with a mixer.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake for 45 minutes or until the cake is cooked; you can use the classic technique of inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it means it is cooked.
