  • Prepare the dough by mixing flour and sugar on the counter.
  • Integrate the butter in cubes until it forms a sandy texture. Knead it, and once it's uniform, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Roll it out and cover a pie mold. Set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Blend the filling ingredients and pour the mixture into the pie crust. Decorate with walnuts.
