Pure Chocolate Cake

So you won't be left wanting a rich chocolate, make this very tasty chocolate cake recipe, because it only tastes like chocolate!

  • 500 grams flour, sifted
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 liters cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups corn oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coffee
  • 100 grams chocolate for hot chocolate, for the frosting
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, for the frosting
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, for the frosting
  • chantilly cream, for the frosting
  • chocolate chips, for the frosting
  • cookies, chocolate waffle style

  • We place in a bowl: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and mix until well combined.
  • We make a well and integrate: milk, corn oil, eggs, and liquid coffee.
  • We mix with a wooden spatula (no mixer used) with folding motions until everything is combined.
  • In a greased and floured mold, we pour the mixture and bake at 180° for 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool after removing from the oven.
  • In a double boiler, place the chocolate and margarine, once everything is melted, incorporate the condensed milk and with this mixture, coat the cake.
  • In a piping bag, we put the whipped cream and decorate to your liking with chocolate waffle cookies or chocolate cookies.
