Quesillito is a rich and simple dessert to make, prepared with condensed milk, egg, vanilla, and caramel. It is an ideal dessert for any occasion or day; remember to unmold it while it is still warm.
Prepare the caramel: In a small pot, prepare the caramel with two cups of sugar and one cup of water, cooking over low heat until it is golden. Then pour it into the mold, filling all the corners.
For the quesillo mixture, pour 5 eggs into a blender and blend for 5 minutes, then add the contents of the 2 cans of condensed milk and continue blending. At this point, add the vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour the mixture into the mold, cover it, and place it in the oven in a water bath for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Unmold and refrigerate.
Serve it cold accompanied by a refreshing drink.
