Quinoa Empanadas

Some delicious empanadas filled with quinoa and banana, which are great as a dessert.

  • Boil the quinoa with enough water.
  • Puree the banana and add the quinoa.
  • Make balls with the dough and flatten them as if they were tortillas.
  • Fill with the puree, close the empanada and fry in a pan with hot oil.
  • Remove excess fat with napkins and serve.
