Raspberry Sorbet

This recipe will delight the whole family. It’s a very easy way to prepare a sorbet.

  • 500 grams raspberries
  • 10 tablespoons granulated sugar, or sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons lime
  • 1 cup light yogurt, natural or raspberry

  • Blend the raspberries and strain.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Place in the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes, remove and blend again. Return to the freezer.
