Red Fruit Cake

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 cups fruit of the forest, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • Put the butter and sugar in the mixer to cream.
  • Add the egg, baking powder, vanilla, milk, and 2 cups of flour.
  • In a bowl, mix the red fruits with the teaspoon of flour.
  • Add the red fruits to the mixture and mix gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold.
  • Bake at 180ºC for approximately 50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
