1/2 cups cow's milk
2 cups flour
1/2 sticks unsalted butter
3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon flour
2 cups fruit of the forest, frozen
1 teaspoon baking powder

Put the butter and sugar in the mixer to cream.
Add the egg, baking powder, vanilla, milk, and 2 cups of flour.
In a bowl, mix the red fruits with the teaspoon of flour.
Add the red fruits to the mixture and mix gently.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold.
Bake at 180ºC for approximately 50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
