Red Fruit Crumble

This red fruit crumble recipe is very easy to prepare and perfect for putting in a pie or simply eating with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.

  • 3 cups Honey Bunches of oats® Strawberry Cereal
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cups almond flour, for the filling
  • 1 cup blueberries, for the filling
  • 1 cup raspberries, for the filling
  • 1 cup strawberries, in slices, for the filling
  • 3 tablespoons honey, for the filling
  • butter, for glazing
  • vanilla ice cream, for serving

  • Mix the Cereal Honey Bunches of Oats® strawberry, honey, butter, and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Use a spatula to fully combine and set aside.
  • Mix the almond flour, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, and honey in another bowl. Set aside.
  • Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter. Pour half of the Cereal Honey Bunches of Oats® strawberry mixture, spread it with a spoon to form a thin layer. Then, add all the red fruit mixture and spread with a spoon. Finally, cover with the remaining Cereal Honey Bunches of Oats® strawberry mixture.
  • Bake the crumble at 180 °C for 25 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve the red fruit crumble in the same baking dish and accompany with ice cream. It can be eaten cold or warm.
