Red Fruit Snow with Sparkling Wine

  • 1 cup Blackberries Berries Paradise®
  • 1/2 cups Blueberry Berries Paradise®
  • 1 cup Raspberries Berries Paradise®
  • 3/4 cups condensed milk
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, sugar-free
  • 950 milliliters sparkling white wine, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, or Trebbiano

  • Mix the Blackberry Berries Paradise®, Blueberry Berries Paradise®, and Raspberry Berries Paradise® in a bowl and freeze.
  • Once the berries are frozen, place them in a processor, then add the condensed milk and natural Greek yogurt and blend until you get a thick mixture. Place in a baking dish and refreeze until solid.
  • Scoop out snowballs of red fruits with an ice cream scoop, serve in flute glasses, and pour sparkling wine. Add Berries Paradise® to taste for garnish.
