This Christmas, gift these delicious and spectacular red velvet truffles, which have an intense red color and are covered in white chocolate. They are easy to make and you'll impress that special someone.
1/4 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare the red velvet cake according to the package instructions. Bake and cool.
Crumble the cake completely and mix with Great Value® cream cheese until you have a dough.
Form balls with your hands and freeze for 10 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, or using a double boiler. Once melted, coat all the cake balls with the chocolate, drain the excess, and let dry.
Decorate with dark chocolate, let dry, and place in cellophane bags for gifting.
