  • 135 grams sugar
  • 1/2 kilos sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 250 grams vegetable shortening
  • 2 eggs

  • Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
  • Mix the sugar and shortening until you have a uniform dough, then make a hole in the center and add the eggs, mixing again until uniform. Gradually add the flour, mixing well.
  • Form small balls, make a small hole in the center, and bake at 180º for 12-15 minutes. When they come out, roll them in the sugar mixed with powdered cinnamon (amounts to taste).
