  • 1 1/2 cups rice, for the rice pudding
  • 2 cups water, for the rice pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk , for the rice pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • whipped cream, for decorating
  • comestible flowers, for decorating

  • In a pot over medium heat, place the water and cinnamon stick, add the rice and condensed milk, and milk. Cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Let cool and set aside.
  • In a blender, pour the rice pudding and add the egg, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and vanilla, blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • In a previously greased and floured mold, pour the mixture.
  • Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  • Let it rest for 15 minutes and unmold. Decorate with whipped cream and edible flowers.
