200 grams almonds, powdered
200 grams sugar
1 orange
few orange zest
4 eggs
almonds, sliced and toasted
powdered sugar

Blend the ground almonds with the eggs, the peeled and seedless orange, and the sugar. Once blended, add the orange zest.
Pour the ingredients into a greased and floured mold and bake it in the oven at 170° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove it from the mold and decorate with powdered sugar and sliced and toasted almonds.
