Simple Carrot Bread

Traditional and easy-to-make carrot bread. It is decorated with a little powdered sugar for a nice yet simple presentation. Pair it with a delicious cup of coffee or your favorite drink.

  • 3 cups carrot, grated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

  • Mix grated carrot, sugar, eggs, vanilla in a bowl, and stir until everything is perfectly combined.
  • Sift the flour with the baking soda and salt, then gradually add it to the carrot mixture. Stir well.
  • Slowly add the oil to the previous mixture, and when finished, do the same with the melted butter. Beat for a few more minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold and bake at 180 degrees for half an hour.
  • Unmold and decorate with powdered sugar.
