Simple Carrot Bread

Traditional and easy-to-make carrot bread. It is decorated with a little powdered sugar for a nice yet simple presentation. Pair it with a delicious cup of coffee or your favorite drink.

3 cups carrot, grated
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups butter, melted
2 eggs

Mix grated carrot, sugar, eggs, vanilla in a bowl, and stir until everything is perfectly combined.
Sift the flour with the baking soda and salt, then gradually add it to the carrot mixture. Stir well.
Slowly add the oil to the previous mixture, and when finished, do the same with the melted butter. Beat for a few more minutes.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold and bake at 180 degrees for half an hour.
Unmold and decorate with powdered sugar.
