Chop the cookies and, in a food processor or blender, grind the cookies to fine powder. Separate in a bowl.
Do the same with the nuts (Do not process the cookies and the nuts together as the oils in the nut will cause them to cake). Mix the ground nuts with the cookies.
Pour the condensed milk into the bowl and mix everything until a smooth mash is left.
With your clean hands, make pellets the size of a grape.
Pass the balls on a plate with icing sugar.
