Soda Gelatin
It is a different kind of gelatin, very easy to make. It is prepared with soda, which can be of any flavor, and it turns out really tasty.

- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1 liter soda, of the flavor of the gelatin
- 1/4 cups sour cream

- Heat the soda in a saucepan until it boils.
- Once boiling, add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the soda with the gelatin into a blender and add the cream.
- Blend until the cream is incorporated.
- Let it cool for about 15-20 minutes.
- Pour it into a dish and place it in the refrigerator to set.
- Once set, you can add fruits on top for decoration.
