Sour Yogurt Cup

This cup is ideal for summer, as it has tangy yogurt and a mix of fruits that will make you feel good and eat nutritious and delicious. Give your snacks a twist and prepare this cup in just 10 minutes.

  • 4 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 pinches lemon zest, for decoration

  • Mix two pieces of Oikos® natural yogurt with the lemon zest, set aside.
  • Blend the rest of the yogurt with the mango until you obtain a smooth mixture. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, slightly mash the blackberries. Set aside.
  • In a small cup, place some of the natural yogurt mixture, followed by mango yogurt and blackberries,
  • Repeat until filled and decorate with the zest.
