In a bowl, dissolve the D’Gari® wild berry flavored gelatin in hot water; if necessary, add a little blue vegetable coloring to intensify the color. Freeze for 5 minutes, or until semi-set.
In a bowl, dissolve the D’Gari® cherry flavored gelatin in hot water; if necessary, add a little red vegetable coloring to intensify the color. Freeze for 5 minutes or until semi-set.
In a bowl, dissolve the D’Gari® mango flavored gelatin in hot water; if necessary, add a little yellow vegetable coloring to intensify the color. Freeze for 5 minutes, or until semi-set.
In a bowl, dissolve the D’Gari® clear pineapple flavored gelatin in hot water. Freeze for 5 minutes, or until semi-set.
Once the gelatins are semi-set, add a generous amount of edible glitter powder to each; mix until glitter is visible in all spaces, it should resemble star dust.
To assemble the gelatin, pour the gelatins into the mold of your choice while they are still semi-set, starting with the clear gelatin and alternating each one to combine the colors. Once the mold is full, give it a few taps against the surface to settle the gelatins and release any air; refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Unmold the gelatin and serve on a plate, add a little more edible glitter on top.
