  • 2 cups strawberry
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups orange liqueur
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • sugar , optional

  • In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, orange juice, and orange liqueur. Let macerate for an hour or more.
  • Whip the very cold cream and if desired, you can add sugar. Set aside.
  • Serve the strawberries in small glass cups and top with a tablespoon of whipped cream.
