Strawberry and Cream Cheese Tartlets

These delicious tartlets are very easy and quick to make and only need to be refrigerated for 3 hours before serving. The filling is made with cream cheese and mascarpone cheese.

6 cookie tart, pre-made
1/3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
200 grams cream cheese
1/3 cups strawberry jam
1 1/2 cups strawberry , cut into quarters

In a bowl, mix the sugar, mascarpone cheese, vanilla, and cream cheese with a whisk until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.
Fill the tart shells with the cheese mixture.
In another bowl, beat the strawberry jam and add the strawberries, mix.
With a spoon, place 1-2 tablespoons of the strawberry mixture on top of the tart shells and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
