Strawberry Cake

A delicious dessert for any occasion. This strawberry cake is perfect for warm weather; you can prepare it with the fruit of your choice, such as mango or kiwi.

  • 1 box white box cake
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups cow's milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 liters sour cream
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 tray strawberries, clean

  • Prepare the cake according to the instructions on the box.
  • Beat the cream cheese and gradually pour in the cream and sugar until the ingredients are well incorporated. Set aside. Slice the strawberries thinly. Set aside.
  • When the cake is completely cool, place it on a flat surface and, using a nylon thread, make a horizontal cut through the center of the cake. Separate the layers.
  • Spread some frosting and place strawberries on the surface of the first layer, cover with the second layer, and spread the remaining frosting over the entire surface.
  • Decorate with the remaining strawberries and DONE!
