Prepare the cake according to the instructions on the box.
Beat the cream cheese and gradually pour in the cream and sugar until the ingredients are well incorporated. Set aside. Slice the strawberries thinly. Set aside.
When the cake is completely cool, place it on a flat surface and, using a nylon thread, make a horizontal cut through the center of the cake. Separate the layers.
Spread some frosting and place strawberries on the surface of the first layer, cover with the second layer, and spread the remaining frosting over the entire surface.
Decorate with the remaining strawberries and DONE!
