  • We start by beating 4 eggs.
  • Then we incorporate 100 grams of sugar, 125 milliliters of cream, 125 milliliters of milk, and 100 grams of flour. We mix it well, add a pinch of salt, and 50 grams of melted butter.
  • Next, we grease the dish with butter and place 250 grams of clean, hulled, and halved strawberries at the bottom.
  • After that, we pour the mixture on top. We put it in the oven at 180 ºC for about 30 minutes. When we take it out of the oven, we let it cool and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar.
