Strawberry Cream Ice Cream

This strawberry cream ice cream is a super easy way to prepare a dessert that everyone loves. Strawberries with cream are a classic after meal treat, but if you turn them into ice cream, all your guests will thank you.   • 2 cups frozen strawberry
  • 1 cup milk, hot
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream

  • Mix the hot milk with the sugar and vanilla, add the previously hydrated and melted gelatin; freeze in ice cube trays, preferably using a flexible container to easily remove the cubes.
  • Blend the strawberries, the frozen milk cubes, and the whipped cream.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
