Strawberry Ice Cream with Cream

This strawberry cream ice cream is a super easy way to make a dessert that everyone loves.   • 2 cups frozen strawberry
  • 1 cup milk, hot
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream

  • Mix the hot milk, the sugar and the vanilla, add the previously hydrated and melted gelatin; Freeze in ice cubes, preferably the container is flexible so you can easily remove the cubes.
  • Blend strawberries, frozen milk cubes, and whipped cream.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
