Preheat the oven to 275ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, marking a circle about 20 cm, and spray it with oil like Pam.
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites and salt with a mixer on high until soft peaks form. Gradually sprinkle in the cream of tartar and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and beat a little more. Gently fold in the nuts.
Remove from the paper and place on a platter, topping with whipped cream mixed with a little sugar and garnishing with strawberries and mint leaves.
