Strawberry Milhojas

This dessert called milhojas is one of my favorites, prepare it and become a fan of this delicious dessert; I make it with strawberries because it is one of my favorite fruits.

1 kilo puff pastry
2 cups strawberry , cut into wedges
1/4 cups sugar
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups whipping cream

Sprinkle flour on a clean surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 3 mm thick.
Cut squares of 8x8cm, place them on a baking tray (ungreased), brush them with water and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 200°C or until golden brown, remove them, carefully detach them and let cool.
Beat the cream with the powdered sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Spread a little cream on one square, distribute the strawberry wedges, and repeat the layers two more times.
