Wash the strawberries, soak them in water with a few drops of disinfectant, and remove the stems.
Dry them and drain them very well.
In the blender, crush the strawberries until they are crumbled.
Put the egg whites in a large bowl and beat them until they are at the soft peak stage, add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is firm. Add the strawberries and beat until the mixture is so firm that the whisk doesn't tilt if you leave it inserted in the mixture.
Serve the nougat in glass cups, and accompany it with cat tongues cookies.
