  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 135 grams butter, melted
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 400 grams strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted in a double boiler
  • 10 strawberries, for decoration

  • For the crust, mix the cookies, sugar, and butter, integrate them perfectly, and place this mixture in a pie mold, set aside.
  • For the filling, blend the condensed milk with the cheese and strawberries, gradually adding the gelatin until fully integrated.
  • Pour over the cookie base and refrigerate for approximately one hour. Decorate with halved strawberries.
