Heat the milk along with the condensed milk and powdered milk in a pot until it boils, remember to stir constantly, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Blend the milk mixture with the strawberries until completely integrated. Set aside.
Place 3 tablespoons of chopped strawberries in 8x12 cm plastic bags, fill the bags with the blended mixture, up to ¾ of their capacity. Freeze until the mixture solidifies. Serve by pouring a little chocolate syrup on top.
