This Strawberry Ricotta Dessert is a delight that you can prepare at any time; you just need to refrigerate it for a few minutes and you'll have a delicious dessert to satisfy your cravings or to finish off a lovely meal.
For the sauce
using a blender, puree the strawberries and apple juice until smooth.
Divide the puree into 4 equal parts using cocktail glasses.
In a food processor or blender, combine the ricotta cheese, lemon zest, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Equally separate the ricotta mixture into the 4 glasses. Place the sliced strawberries on top of the mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
