Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a rectangular baking dish by greasing it with butter and a little flour.
Mix the flour, baking powder, 5 tablespoons of sugar, and salt with a fork.
Place the mixture in a food processor, add the butter, and blend until a dough starts to form.
Add 1 cup of heavy cream and the orange zest, and continue mixing.
With your hands, finish kneading the dough on a clean surface with a little flour. Place the dough in the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the tart is lightly golden. Remove from the oven.
Let the tart cool on a rack while you whip 1 cup of heavy cream with 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Cut the tart into rectangles and on each rectangle, pipe shapes with a pastry bag filled with whipped cream and strawberries.
