Stuffed Figures

This recipe is very easy and fun; it often helps children eat. This time I prepare it with ice cream, but the filling can be ham, cheese, or vegetables.

  • 1 vanilla pound cake, or sandwich bread
  • 1 liter ice cream, of your choice
  • colored dragee

  • With a knife, cut slices of pound cake.
  • Place the slices on a tray and cut with the help of a cutter, whether they are animals, stars, or circles.
  • On each figure, place the corresponding mold and fill with ice cream, place the other slice on top and press down a little. Repeat the procedure until the figures are complete.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and roll in colored sprinkles before serving.
