Stuffed Strawberry and Agraz Fans

  • 150 grams puff pastry
  • 100 grams strawberry
  • 100 grams unripe grape
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 lime zest
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaf , finely chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Flour the surface where you will be working and roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin until it reaches a thickness of 1 or 2 cm.
  • With a round cookie cutter, cut out several circles from the puff pastry.
  • Place them on a floured tray and sprinkle the circles with two tablespoons of sugar.
  • Bake until the circles are a pale golden color.
  • Remove them from the oven, let them cool, and cut them in half with the help of a knife. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the chopped strawberries, the agraz, lemon zest, and the remaining sugar; stir and let it rest for about ten minutes.
  • Whip the cream together with the powdered sugar until it thickens. Pour the cream into the fruit bowl and stir with a spatula. Chop the mint and add it to the previous mixture.
  • Fill the puff pastry circles with two tablespoons of this mixture.
