Flour the surface where you will be working and roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin until it reaches a thickness of 1 or 2 cm.
With a round cookie cutter, cut out several circles from the puff pastry.
Place them on a floured tray and sprinkle the circles with two tablespoons of sugar.
Bake until the circles are a pale golden color.
Remove them from the oven, let them cool, and cut them in half with the help of a knife. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the chopped strawberries, the agraz, lemon zest, and the remaining sugar; stir and let it rest for about ten minutes.
Whip the cream together with the powdered sugar until it thickens. Pour the cream into the fruit bowl and stir with a spatula. Chop the mint and add it to the previous mixture.
Fill the puff pastry circles with two tablespoons of this mixture.
