1 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/2 oranges, just the juice
1/4 tablespoons baking powder
sugar, for sprinkling
cinnamon, for sprinkling
Preparation

Mix the eggs with the melted butter and the orange juice. Whisk and add the vanilla, baking powder, and sugar.
Sift the flour, add it to the previous mixture. Incorporate and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
Take the mixture out and knead with a little flour. Make small balls and fry.
Once fried, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
