Sugar and Cinnamon Bread Balls

Delicious fluffy balls, perfect for breakfast or as an evening snack. They have a sweet flavor of sugar and cinnamon that you won't be able to resist.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 oranges, just the juice
  • 1/4 tablespoons baking powder
  • sugar, for sprinkling
  • cinnamon, for sprinkling

  • Mix the eggs with the melted butter and the orange juice. Whisk and add the vanilla, baking powder, and sugar.
  • Sift the flour, add it to the previous mixture. Incorporate and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
  • Take the mixture out and knead with a little flour. Make small balls and fry.
  • Once fried, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
