1 cup rice
2 cups light milk
2 cups evaporated milk, light
1 stick cinnamon
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
5 grams cinnamon powder, for decoration
4 tablespoons artificial sweetener

Wash the rice with water until the water runs clear; the idea is to remove the starch.
Put the light milk and evaporated milk in a pot along with the vanilla and cinnamon stick over low heat.
Add the rice and stir with a paddle or wooden spoon to prevent sticking.
Stir regularly and monitor until the rice is cooked.
Let cool.
When serving, add the sweetener if desired; it is not bland, so it is not necessary.
Sprinkle a little ground cinnamon for decoration to taste.
